This Spring we are truly excited to release a magical Michelin star exclusive dining experience featuring the best of Artichoke in an exceptionally stunning countryside location.

Nestled in the Hertfordshire countryside and steeped in history, surrounded by splendid gardens, Micklefield Hall features 16th Century, Grade II listed tithe barn and is an unforgettable country venue. With its beautiful tithe barn, romantic temple, and rose gardens, Micklefield Hall provides a picturesque country back drop.

Embark on an enchanting journey starting with an English Hundred Hills Reception – enjoy the delectable Preamble No2 2019 Vintage with a special introduction by Rupert Crick from the HH Winery – and the spring air infused with the aroma of alfresco snacks, enjoyed around a crackling, sheltered open fire.

Following this, indulge in a gastronomic adventure presented in the stunning tithe barn, curated, and introduced by Chefs Laurie and Chris, who will artfully weave the flavours of the countryside’s seasonal bounty into five exquisite dishes.As you gather around a lavish feasting table, expect to be delighted by unique surprises sprinkled throughout the evening. Our sommelier Valentin has paired each course with an eclectic selection of  wines –  in all to ensure that your evening will be as memorable as it is magical!

In addition, given the nature of this unique event, this amazing location also offers beautiful accommodation to stay over for the night – in a converted, traditional cow barn, six beautifully designed bedrooms are the perfect resting place.

Each room has been adoringly designed and personalised with themes, beautiful colour schemes, designer fabrics, and bespoke furniture as well as equipped with all the modern amenities to ensure each guest a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
