Burgundy Wine Dinner Event

It is with great pleasure that we unveil the latest date in our series of prestigious Wine Events for 2024.
This Autumn we are truly excited to host an incredible evening of exquisite food and wine in collaboration with Flint Wines, showcasing a collection of remarkable producers from Burgundy, one of the most acclaimed regions for wine making, situated in the North-East of France surrounded by the Alps and the plains.
Some of the most iconic wines of the world are made here predominantly with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes and have inspired many producers across the globe.
With over 30,000 hectares of vines planted, there are over 100 Appellations that classify their wines by quality: Bourgogne, Village, Premier Cru and Grand Cru.
Due to its versatility, this region also offers a multitude of styles of wine, some made with less known native grape varietals.
As of today, Bourgogne remains one of the most sought-after wine regions for wine collectors and we are looking forward to enjoy those incredible wines with you!

For this special evening, Chefs Laurie and Chris and the team have crafted a bespoke Five Course Tasting Menu, each course showcasing the very best of seasonal ingredients and perfectly matched with a collection of prestigious estate wines by our talented Restaurant Manager and Sommelier Valentin who, together with Burgundy expert, Francis Murray of Flint Wines, who has worked with us on the Artichoke Burgundy wine portfolio since our first years.
We are truly excited to introduce three appellations from historical producers including Maison Albert Bichot, Maison Deux Montille, Domaine Alain Michelot and Domaine Bertrand Bachelet.
The event will commence with a Crémant Pure Blanc de Blancs reception accompanied by snacks upon arrival.
This delightful sparkling wine from Maison Albert Bichot whose chardonnay grapes are grown in Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits, will be the perfect start to a magical night!
There will also be an opportunity to purchase the wines at a special rate to savour over the coming months.

Please note, a 50% deposit per person is kindly requested to hold all reservations, which will be deducted from your bill.
The deposit will be non-refundable with less than 1 week notice, at the discretion of the restaurant.
